Matrix Code INTEGRIT.01

Part 1: Please read the bright principles website in a way so that your five bodies can begin to understand and connect with these energetic qualities of the universe that Modern Culture teaches nothing about. Integrity is one of hundreds, perhaps thousands of Bright Principles. Bright Principles are facets of raw consciousness. Since Human Beings are designed to interact with the archetypal Nature of the Universe, you have direct access to Integrity.

Part 2: Walk through the day for the next 3 days, living, breathing, and exuding the energetic qualities of being bonded in all 5 bodies with the Bright Principle of Integrity. This does not require you to say or do anything outwardly. However, inwardly, have the Bright Principle of Integrity find its home in your energetic body and perhaps in your Being . If Integrity is indeed resonant with your Being then it is one of your 3, 4, or 5 distilled Bright Principles. Use the Bright Principle to notice what degree of Integrity is occurring:

- in your interactions;

- in your creations;

- in your thoughts;

- your commitments;

- and in your world.

Please take notes in your Beep! Book about your explorations of a world in which Integrity is active and alive through you.

Note: It is quite possible that emotional liquid states arise through this experiment, so please do the EHP's that come up. In fact if emotional liquid states do not arise in you, consider that this experiment has not really worked its full potential in you. The EHP's will build a foundation for a vibrant, new future for you.

Matrix Code INTEGRIT.02

Doing this Experiment requires that you first complete the previous Experiment.

Dedicate the following 3 days to notice in which ways your Underworld would want to use the Bright Principle of Integrity. For example, to manipulate yourself. To do 'The Right Thing'. To control others to do the right thing. To manipulate yourself to do the things that you already want to do, because they are right and you should and you must do them. Or to create expectations about how you or others should behave because that is to be a 'good human being'. To be superior to others and hate them for not having integrity. To be a victim of other people's lack of integrity. And much more.

Write down with clarity and in detail how your Gremlin is already ready to take over this force of the universe called Integrity. Give examples.
Bring into your awareness how weak and pointless it is for Gremlin to try to hold on to the large bolt of lightning that is the Bright Principle of Integrity.

Have spaceholders ready to hold EHP's for you.

Matrix Code INTEGRIT.03

It is often a question for people, and it might be also for you: how can you have Integrity and work with the ability to change your mind? The answer is: if you do not have the option to change your mind then you do not have Integrity. Otherwise you are having Integrity as a rule, as a 'must', as a 'should', and not as an archetypal force of nature.

Changing your mind might be part of having Integrity. I'm not talking about changing your mind each time something gets difficult, or because the circumstances changed, or because you are allowing your Gremlin to eat your word and your Integrity so you can stay in the prison of being an un-collaborative lone wolf.

This is about changing your mind so that your word responsibly aligns with your actions, especially when the actions are not aligning with your word. When you made a promise, an engagement or a commitment, you were a certain person, you had a certain shape. If you are on the path of evolution, your shape inevitably changes. It is possible that the original commitment or promise no longer aligns with the Quest of your current shape.

To come back into Integrity you would have to change your mind and involve every person involved in that promise, the people to whom you made the commitment to, and the people directly affected by it.

Scan your life for 3 - 5 outdated promises or communications that you have made while you were a different person. Call up the people you made the agreement with and in the communication, use the words: 'I have changed my mind'.

Either you cancel completely the previous commitment, or you make a new proposal that is in Integrity with who you are and who they are in this moment. Also make sure that they understand that the agreement is clearly canceled or changed.

Matrix Code INTEGRIT.04

Make a promise to another person that you decide to keep exactly as you arrange it, no matter what. In your Beep! Book make notes of the resistances, distractions, confusions, and deceptions that arise in relation to your commitment of doing what you said you were going to do, namely keeping this promise. For this experiment make the promise doable, measurable, practical and not too big.

To complete the communication and thus complete your promise, get back to the person you made the promise to and make sure you say you have completed your promise and that they agree that you have completed your promise. Otherwise it is not complete and therefore out of integrity.

Note: Integrity is not a prison, it is not a set of rules, it is not a belief system, it is not about perfection and it is not a law. Integrity is a practical application of a Bright Principle that brings Mage Work to life. And as such Integrity is a core element of a Possibilitator's daily life.

PS: you get as many do-overs as you want in this experiment, until you actually keep your promise.

Matrix Code INTEGRIT.05

During the next week arrange to have a 20-45min interview with 3 different kinds of people. For example: your mother; a local shop owner; your neighbour; a police officer; a bum or beggar on the street. If it is okay with the person you are interviewing, use a voice or video recorder to catch their actual words because they are likely to say things that do not fit in your Box's vocabulary.

Your interview question is essentially: "what is Integrity? How do you use Integrity? How do you avoid Integrity? How do other people use and avoid Integrity? What is the value of Integrity anyway?"

The outcome of your interviews should be a publicly published article where you do not mention your interviewees names but you do set forth their educated and trained relationship with Integrity. Compare and contrast the police offer, where the bum has more integrity than the police officer. The purpose is an investigation in Modern Culture human beings and their relationship to the Bright Principle of Integrity.

Matrix Code INTEGRIT.06

Avoiding Radical Honesty is being out of Integrity with what you are, with your stand, with your commitment to evolution, or with yourself. Applying Integrity to your Radical Honesty is the practical application of having dignity and respect for yourself.

The experiment starts with scanning your world and choosing 3 people with whom you feel out of Integrity with to some degree. Arrange to have a person to person conversation with each of these 3 people separately.

During the conversation, let the Bright Principle of Integrity do the talking. This means DO NOT let your Gremlin talk. The Bright Principle of Integrity will have no qualms about making you look bad. For example, in terms of radical honesty, it would have you admit that you broke a commitment, that you lied, that you stole, that you did not keep your word, etc. And without blame and resentment, the Bright Principle of Integrity will also identify that the other person lied to you and stole, was late, broke their promises, which ones and how.

This Experiment is not about scanning your life for 'who has betrayed me'. You look for the people that YOU are out of integrity with, even if they might also be out of integrity with you. Other people's Integrity is not the focus.

The purpose of these 3 conversations is not to discover who is right nor to win a contest. The point is to discover that Integrity is a healing force. There is a website we are building called Integrity Healing. Integrity is a healing force that works through the application of the Bright Principle of Integrity to a human fantasy world, leaving behind the trash and bringing forward the valuable aspects. Integrity is a catalyst in this way. A catalyst of healing.

These 3 conversations are healing conversations. They acknowledge what was not acknowledged before the other in an adult conversation of Integrity, distinguishing the gold from the dirt, the wheat from the chaff, following the understanding that that which cannot burn is real. Therefore, let the unreal burn in these 3 conversations and the real reveal itself.

Matrix Code INTEGRIT.07

Until you apply the Bright Principle of Integrity to your own context of Radical Responsibility, you might be keeping back doors open. For example, consider you are radically responsible for yourself but maybe not for the space, or for the world, or for the future or the children. Both Integrity and Radical Responsibility are utterly simple.

Having the Bright Principle of Integrity at your back in your day-to-day interactions will allow you to let go of things for example such as blame, justifications, resentment, emotional fears, and enter a world that is far freer from Baggage than you may normally be accustomed to. For example, ordinary life has many rules and many loopholes. We have been trained to make up the right story to get away with 'murder' without punishment. Without paying the consequences. We are relatively expert at this. As you enter a working relationship with the Bright Principle of Integrity, fewer and fewer justifications have something to grab on to. They are seen for what they are: actual bullshit.

This experiment is to discover who you are without dealing in bullshit. There may be several parts of your Box or personality or survival strategy that start to disengage from you like old dead skin or a dried up scab. They have done their work and they fall off, and you start over with fresh new skin that has more sensitivity and awareness of the intensity of what is really going on around you.

Practicals:

This Experiment is best done with the support of your 3-Cell, so you have two other people holding space for EHP's that might arise and holding their Sword Of Clarity in service to you. Report with them at the end of each Part of the Experiment.

• Part 1: Open a new page of your Beep! Book entitled 'Integrity for Radical Responsibility' and make a vertical, separating your page into two columns. On the left column please write down each lack of Integrity discovered in clear, detailed and precise list. For 3 days you are going to look at all the ways you are not in Integrity in Radical Responsibility. Each day, pay attention to the stories you make about what is happening in your life and around you. Pay attention to the loop-holes, the judgements, allergic reactions and offences, and to all the ways you try to hide from Radical Responsibility. Notice how you are not in Integrity with what you buy, what you consume, or what activities you engage or allow to be engaged in wherever you are. If you notice someone in a space that you are in using a story that they are a victim of another team member, notice how you avoid being in Integrity with your team and your commitment to them by not saying anything, and by allowing victimhood to be a valid stand in your team. If someone is late to a meeting with you and you sensed for even a few seconds 6% conscious fear in you about them being late, notice how you were not in Integrity with yourself by not listening or acting on the intelligence of your fear and decided to not check in with them, creating a space of negotiation of intimacy with them.
• Part 2: This part is about what would Radical Responsibility look like if you applied Integrity to it. Meet with your 3-Cell or your Possibility Team. For each item on the list on the left column please write what actions, what words, what negotiations, what confessions, what moves, what questions, what offers for intimacy would you do instead if you were to apply your Integrity to Radical Responsibility? Write it down clearly and utilize your Team to help you see beyond the limits of your Box, and to take you through Vacuum Learning process so you can discover what is really going on inside you.
• Part 3: With the help of your Team, choose 10 new actions to take the following week. It could be to stand in a boardroom meeting and speak out what you are taking a stand for in the team and the organisation, and what that means in terms of what you are no longer being silent to. It could be that you stop using plastic for a year. It could be that you put the poop on the table with your partner about what was really going on in last night's conversation.

NOTE: the more Integrity you are able to flow through your life, the more awareness you will have of the lack of integrity of individuals, groups and organisations, such as any corporation or government. Do not let this awareness of the Shadow Principles at work overwhelm you. The secret to doing that is being aware that Integrity is Integrity. No amount of bullshit can overwhelm Integrity. You may tend to think of yourself as separated and isolated from friends, family, and the ordinary world. But however, if you look just a little deeper you will see that underneath all the bullshit, all the lies and deceptions, Integrity remains. It still works. Your talent for sensing Integrity lends itself to starting interesting conversations which may even lead to healing and transformation.

Matrix Code INTEGRIT.08

Bringing Integrity to light is a Nonmaterial Value.

The experiment is:

During the next 10 EHP's that you hold space for, bring the clarity about the existence of Integrity into each session. This will involve looking at what is happening for your client from a new perspective. Namely that Integrity is already there if they would wish to find it. The clarity that you hold and the Possibility space you offer is that their healing and transformation will occur through aligning with the Integrity that is already available in their life.

The healing process is to navigate them to find the Integrity, and to take a stand for it. For example, if they made a promise and did not keep it, the healing with the person will be for the client to admit and tell the story that they were out of Integrity. Please remember to complete the communication. If they have physical ailments and the physical ailments are caused by lack of sleep, nutrition or exercise, by their way of taking care for their body, then bringing them back into integrity with what the body needs will bring the healing.

Finding the Integrity liberates healing.

Matrix Code INTEGRIT.09

Consider that most of your inner structure has been assembled to fulfil the purpose of survival. Allowing your life to be shaped by a survival oriented inner structure cuts you off from reality and from Possibility at a very fundamental level. Since you are an evolving being on a path of evolution, retaining your inner structure to serve survival is out of Integrity.

This experiment is to examine 12 of your inner structure elements with regards to having Integrity with the path of evolution. This experiment works better with one or 2 other people in a helping you examine your inner structure survival construct, so meet with them at your Possibility Team or your 3Cell and say: 'please help me detect 12 inner structure components so I can improve their integrity with my evolutionary life.'

For example, somebody might say 'you get up every morning with the idea of taking care of yourself and you make 2 boiled or fried eggs and toast every day'; or, 'you work in a job you do not like so that you follow your father's footsteps or to be a good provider'; 'You never make your bed in the morning as a rebellious revenge against authority figures'; or, 'your life fits in the linear life plan'; 'you arrange to use a number of parasites to use up your energy and attention which could otherwise be used to bring Integrity to your inner structure or delivering your nonmaterial value to the world', etc.

When you have your list of 12 survival dimensions of your inner structure, ask your team to formulate at least 1 experiment for each of the 12 inner structures of reinventing your inner structure, and, do all 12 experiments.
